SIS hosts regular seminars and panel discussions under its Hey SIS umbrella.

As SIS is designed to address the unique challenges faced by womxn in the dynamic bar industry, these talks focus on subjects to this end, while fostering a supportive community dedicated to professional growth and development. Additionally, Hey Sis covers wider industry topics that offer upskilling, learnings or insights.

For example, SIS has hosted panels on career development, running your own business, as well as focused talks on Tales of the Cocktail.
